Journal: What makes an American? 8/26/08

An American in my point of view is a person that has a life with happiness and freedom. That has the most things that they feel is right, don't get turned down for education, they get what they usually deserve. The people that have the right to stand up for themselves and what their beliefs may be in. Americans can actually have a voice that can really make a difference in the world or in their own country. They can become whoever they want with out having all the riches or knowing important people. I feel that any American has the chance to be rich or poor, depending how bad they want it.
